"This is such a bitter sweet review for me to write as I feel like I'm losing a friend. My husband has been using State Farm since the 80's and when we got married in 1995 we continued to use their services. For as long as I can recall, Margaret Klarl has always been our go to person to contact. She has been an excellent resource and has guided us with her knowledge and professionalism. Margaret has always reached out to let us know of any new information regarding increases, decreases or changes that would affect any one of our policies with State Farm. I wish we could continue with her as my husband and I transition to Florida. Even though we are moving and will no longer be able to work with her personally, she still continues to provide support and help during this crazy time. We will continue to use State Farm but will absolutely miss working with her. Anyone that knows her and has worked with her or is currently working with her knows they have found "the one". We will miss her so much.
