"I've been with Mike Lee for 4 years for an older car, with zero issues, zero claims, yet my premiums kept increasing, (which I know is a larger trend). The issue came when I tried to decrease my coverage in order to lower my monthly payments. I changed my coverage online, and a month later, I got the same bill. I called up and spoke with someone who basically said "your agent was supposed to call to confirm those changes", but the last message i had from my agent was 2020. She then manually made changes to my coverage, and said I would see ~$30 decrease on my next bill. I get my next bill, and it's the exact same amount. I called again and spoke with someone else, and now they're saying it was a "billing issue" that didn't go through, and she'll adjust it to save me a whole $9, despite being told it would be closer to $30. Unfortunately, with zero customer care, I'm going to need to see about other agents."

"I use to have state farm for years but I recently got my permit I tried getting quotes online. I have received numerous texts regarding getting a quote from "Justin" I give him a text back saying yes he could call , as I'm waiting for the call I again give my information, I get a short reply " you need a license not a permit" which isn't true unfortunately customer service could obviously be better since my information before the very first text message from " Justin" had that I had a permit. Maybe don't message a person over ten times if it's a waste of time and not to mention not even a call to explain after. Unprofessional."
